During the Vietnam War the Department of Defence published a book titled, Improvised Munitions Handbook, a guide for servicemen to mock ammunitions. Displayed is the recipe for napalm. Each test tube contains the ingredients, shown step-by-step at various stages of the instructions. From left, the tubes contain pig blood, serum, a mixture of serum and gasoline and the final tube is serum, gasoline and salt. The tabs under each tube, when pulled, trigger the audio which is a dry reading of the instructions. The installation uses Processing and Arduino. Audio recorded at Lathigara Studio.
