Free Cream Cheese, Red Bell Pepper & Maple Turkey Roll Up

2 slices of maple turkey breast
2tbsp fat free cream cheese
½ red bell pepper

Let cream cheese warm to room temperature. Lay out piece of turkey. With your tablespoon, spoon out cream cheese and smooth across entire piece of turkey with the back of the spoon. Slice the halved red pepper into 8 pieces. Lay 4 pieces of red pepper across the narrow end of the sliced turkey in the following pattern ==. Roll up and cut in half.
