Fat Free Cream Cheese, Pickle & Maple Turkey Roll Up

2 slices of maple turkey breast
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
1 dill pickle spear

Let cream cheese warm to room temperature. Lay out piece of turkey. With your tablespoon, spoon out cream cheese and smooth across entire piece of turkey with the back of the spoon. Slice the pickle spear in half lengthwise. Lay halved pickle spear across the narrow end of the sliced turkey. Roll up and cut in half. Repeat with the remaining turkey and halved dill pickle.
