Our business development team at Slalom had a challenge. The client, Starbucks, had what seemed to be a complicated retail life cycle diagram that they needed to be able to use in conversations with construction teams. I was able to distill the core points, and come up with a simple, and elegant visual communication piece showing the various potential pathways of a store's existence.
