Brief:
Bring the council closer to the community
While at university i was approached by the Cornwall County Council to design a publication they were sending out to the Cornish community. The council wanted to get closer to the community through this magazine.
Name & Logo
The name Ker Now - is a play on the Cornish word for Cornwall Kernow - and now (for news)

Another thing I changed was the public notices. They were far too dense in text, and even though they contained really important information, no one was reading them.
I devised a new way of showing them which also illustrated the the roadworks on a map - as well as adding all the jobs/roadworks/etc to a gatefold at the back of the magazine.
