Monroe Pointe is a luxury condominium development located in the upscale Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, CO. They had seen a dramatic decline in sales due to what they believed was part recession and part the perception of no desirable remaining condos in their building. Working alongside Strada, Legwork was tasked with creating a website to assist in the rebrand of the building as part of the Cherry Creek community. In addition, we animated and rendered a 3D model of the building, and with a maximum of two clicks of a mouse, individual condo specs and photos are displayed for the potential buyer to peruse.

This site launched recently and we are excited to see how the approach will pay off. We've already gotten word that a unit was sold within the first month of the site going live which is a great start.
