The project brief was to make a poduct that decreased the energy footprint of a home. My team chose to attack the best area of the home - the yard. This product is meant to emulate the symbiotic nature of a vine. The lamp has a PV panel on one face, a battery in the middle, a ring of LED lights on the rim and a mounting receiver on the final face.

The lamp can either be a stand alone piece of art, or path lighting for a garden. The mobile nature also allows one to pick it up and place it on a table at night when eating or to use it solely as a battery charger.
