various networks. However, An individual user’s ability to use Filezilla may be hindered by its complex design in which there are perplexed looking icons that are not general enough to be recognized by users to perform uploading/ downloading tasks. Our team decided to redesign and improve the interface, mainly with the objective to help new users to enjoy the convenience of online file transferring. We plan to redesign Filezilla by improving its functional capabilities and its aesthetic appearances - to provide clear instruction for new users to connect to the server and create a sense of intuition on program’s functionality for these users.
