The Cleveland New Homes Team are the best! They put out the best effort into to selling developers properties and then some. I had a LOT of fun making this and I have to thank CNHT's Nadine, who gave me the creative freedom that a freelance designer craves. She wanted "fun" and "summer" put into the piece, and not a regular use-a-photo-and-slap-some-type-on-it. She had the vision and came up with the tag line as well. A good friend and mentor, now working with Contempo Communications, called me up to see if I was available to do some illustrations for the Cleveland Indians. I immediately said "yes." Needless to say, it was very cool seeing people walk up to your booth on Opening Day. Along with "Spirits," I was also asked to illustrate every food item in the whole park. They were then transferred to other concession booths.
