<description>Creating this work I was interested in an active space liberated from
the variability of the image and image understood as the subject to constant
destruction and permanent creation. The most important point of reference
is the viewer, who, following the floating image, is a witness to a unique
situation.

Materials: water, vegetable oil, lamp, pump.
Individual exhibition "The Drawing" at Post Office Gallery, Poznań, 2009

<description>A bad idea has a strong creative potential. It is the indispensable part
of the process of creation. How many bad ideas does it take to transform
this creative force into creative helplessness? We were invited to do the
exhibition as a duo. During the preparation phase trouble appeared:
none of the shared concepts was good enough. Compromise did not work.
We rejected all of the ideas, one after another. At some point, it became
clear to us that we constantly return to the starting point. Or maybe we
were stuck there all the time?
The realization consists of video projections showing us on two sides of
one wall.

<description>Realisation was a part of Hypocretin exhibition by students from Mirosław Bałka studio
which took place in 2010 in the building of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

The hypocretins (orexins) are recently described hypothalamic neuropeptides thought
to have an important role in the regulation of sleep and arousal states.

<description>I wrote five lists with the names of people and the names of things that I wish to take to my Atlantis.
I closed lists in glass tubes and left them under water. The glass tubes were tied to stones at a depth
of nine feet. People had to dive to see the work.
