Myself. I chose to design a not-so-boring lamp as a part of the open elective, as Light has always been one of my fascinations. And of course, it had to be a Batman lamp! The lamp was made with polished acrylic, MDF and stainless steel screws. A foldable MDF structure was built behind the lamp that had stencils of the Batman logo. The exploded view of the camera helped understand the minute details of it's inner components. The goal of the initiative is to help communities improve the conditions of their local environments, leading to improved quality of life, heath and well-being. The initiative is envisioned as a website-driven tool that will help people create projects to solve neighborhood issues that concern the public.
