The dollar is representative of the cost involved in purchasing possessions, the glasses signify the geeky stereotypes gadgets contain. Finally, the wave has a few different meanings; firstly it relates to the notion that technology comes in waves and data 'flow', secondly it relates to a surge or tidal wave of apple products that seem to be overflowing the market.
