<description>Each of the students had a different project. Mine was to design the footwear for the year 2022. The challenge was to understand the future user needs of a urban explorer/lifestyle shoe. mI tried to push my designs with the help of science fiction movies and documentaries like Beyond to Future from Science Channel. I wanted to came up with a different concept from actual designs.

The final design has a lot of improvements for the user. The midsole is replaced by a neodynium magnet field. The magnets are hidden inside the outsole and the bottom part of the upper and them are repelling each other for better absortion of the impact.

Other qualities of the shoe are the use of memory shape materials that use the warm of the body to fit the upper strap on the ankle.

Kinetic energy stored inside the outsole and nanomaterials improve body’s circulation.

<description>I thought in being able to gain time at the moment we serve the milk or water in an easy way. I incorporated a second exit for the liquid into a jug. If there is some people eating, with this jug we can serve two cups simultaneously. An entertaining and a rapid way of serving the drink whatever it is; milk, juice, water...

If some day we are having lunch alone, there’s a normal exit for the liquid on the opposite part, taking the functionality of the jug to the maximum.

<description>I noticed that on the market you can find hats, caps, earmuffs or visors but not earmuff-visors. The visor protects you from sun while earmuffs protect you from cold and let your head breathe.

Another important thing from O-Visor is that is designed so that the user don't lose side vision, making it suitable for driving or speed sports like cycling or snowboarding.

<description>Over the last 10 years, Barcelona has become the capital of street Skateboard due to its arquitecture, urbanism and culture. As there are no Spanish companies that produce skate footwear, I thought Munich Sports, wich produces footwear for a large range of sports and wich headquarters are located in Barcelona, could offer a line of footwear for skateboarders.

Based in one of its models, “Gresca”, I created a comfortable shoe that provides all the needs of a skateboarder.

Skateboard footwear produced in the capital of Skateboarding.

<description>I started the design with the idea of creating a lightweight and futuristic footwear, capturing all the needs of a player like Rubio. With the idea of tank wheels and origami in mind I wanted to obtain a divided outsole and a different type of cushioning system. I tried to minimize the hard parts like PU in the upper or the rubber on the outsole, and get profit of lightest materials used by Nike. The Neoprene tongue it’s divided in two parts to improve the movement of the feet while running. A small “RR” signature logo is printed on the heel of the shoe.

I’ve chosen polyurethane for the hard parts of the shoe, and Hyperfuse material to envolve the feet. The cushioning system is achieved by a double injection of Termoplastic Poliurethane (TPU) on the rubber outsole. The heel gets stability and protection on the impacts.
