Animated Graphic Scores in 4D Animated by Luke Harris.Performed by Ethan Philbrick

This concert was part of a project on graphic notation that was funded by the Creative Arts Council at Brown University. I created a series of 3D black and white animations. Then I asked several musicians to interpret the animated scores into music. The entire project was performed in a concert open to the public. The work of the musicians ranged from rehearsed interpretation to complete improvisation.

'Strawberry Jam' - Joe Goddard ♫

For this video invitation, I used lost footage from a rare and unfinished Orson Welles film called The Other Side of Wind. I added inter-titles between the clips and a new soundtrack that was more appropriate for the content. Finally, I edited the music and the footage to meld seamlessly.

Congress Campaign

Nobody's Puppet was a political advertisement for David Segal's U.S. congressional campaign. The goal of the ad was to convince viewers that, unlike his opponents, David Segal did not take any donations from corporate interests. 'Let's Get Out of Here'
by Les Savy Fav ♫

This is the official video for a Les Savy Fav's 2010 single, "Let's Get Out of Here" on French Kiss Records. It debuted on Pitchfork's Music Video Site. It was made by attaching an LCD projector to the back of my pick-up truck and driving around Providence, Rhode Island, filming the footage projected onto the street.

A slightly different version of this video was featured on Andrew Sullivan's The Daily Dish.
