The aim of the project was to create our own alice?s universe and to develop the objects that most suited it so they could express the feelings and the emotions that each one of us linked to the story. Here you can see the game, an illustrated book with quotes from the original text of Lewis Carrol translated into portuguese, a collection of postcards and a swach+packaging. 16:43:29 +0000 supercalifragilistic 1387099 Young Lions 2011 Delta Packaging This is the project I just finished to enter the Young Lions 2011 Competition. The briefing was quite simple: to develop a sub- brand for Delta that comunicates this premium coffee - selected origins. I used coffee grains on the lettering design and tried to focus on cultural textile patterns to create geometric shapes. Ao nível da morfologia nada me pareceu mais interessante do que este objecto que se desmultiplica em variadíssimas combinações e recombinações. Do ponto de vista da versatilidade, o número de padrões possíveis é altíssimo e esta consideração é da maior pertinência no contexto do assunto a tratar. Uma vez que este evento cultural se destina a abraçar e representar tão diversas expressões e manifestações artísticas e culturais, é fácil de idealizar um objecto alegórico composto por partes do mesmo universo que se agregam e recombinam em constantes improvisações. De igual modo, a questão da colaboração das partes foi motivo de reflexão e a referência óbvia às colmeias levou-me à incorporação da forma hexagonal no sistema de identidade. Por último, nada é mais actual, jovem, versátil e fervilhante do que a utilização universal da internet. A internet é uma rede que agrega pessoas, eventos, pensamentos... A análise de um mapeamento da rede da internet conclui o raciocínio do sistema de identidade que incorpora os restantes atributos supracitados. Assim, o sistema de identidade resultante é complexo para poder responder aos desafios de comunicação dos eventos de forma a que os potencialize e, ao mesmo tempo, os articule entre si. No sentido de fazer corresponder a morfologia do logotipo com o sentido do seu significado foi desenvolvido todo um sistema estruturante que assenta num princípio simples: Uma estrutura formal These stories are made for children ( and grownups if you are like me, still in love with Walt Disney and Rebecca Dautremer) that come with a range of languages wich you can choose. This one is the story about The Pea and Princess and what was really good was that I had total freedom in doing them.
