Through focus groups and surveys, one of the most important things that sellers are concerned about their real estate agent being is a "local expert" who is capable of offering insight on pricing and selling around the neighborhoods they work in. Redfin agents believe that through a postcard campaign that is focused on local listings, they will get more contacts thus more business. Just Listed: would highlight a listing when it is fresh on the market. Just Sold: would highlight the same listing once it was sold. Recently Sold: would highlight 6 recent homes that sold in their particular neighborhood.
