All my things by jefffreyjamesmusic I wrote most of these songs between 2006-2009. After playing shows for a year I started to get discouraged. I know that I make music that, to the right people's ears, is wonderful, but it's having to locate these well-receivers that caused me to withdraw after a time. I wanted music to be art with no expectations or limits so I became obsessed with cataloging musical ideas instead of finishing them as complete pieces. Just ideas that only last a few seconds instead of "song" I just wanted to make art with sound.
