Portfolio of Jake Hollomon 641467 I created this animated short-film as my Senior Thesis project at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. The film explores exactly what happens when you send an email across the World Wide Web. The Binary Brothers operate a courier service within the Web. When the mail comes in they spring into action to deliver it as fast as possible. Along the way they encounter traffic, roadblocks and a malicious spam blocking robot. Every element of the animation was drawn by hand in my sketchbook, then processed and colored in Photoshop. All of the animation was created using AfterEffects. The film took me a total of around 5 months to complete, from concept development to the final render. I hope you enjoy the show!
