But they were losing many clients, that were growing impatient over the amount of time required to build a jet. They ended up walking away from the purchase and never came back. So we came up with a way that allowed the buyer to check for updates on the jet's ongoing assembly process. In real time. We developed a website, where the customer could log on and check every information he needed about his jet. From construction videos, to engineers and technicians answering any questions regarding their jet. E-mails and sms messages were sent weekly to users with status updates. To design an interface where people could diss other people anonimously, send them to hell and doing it in style. The hellbent profiles would have people's names, occupations, adresses, e-mails, social profiles and so on. Everything people need to make another person's life miserable, with a fun, warm-hearted basic digital trolling. Since we were essentially good guys, people could ascend other user's profiles to heaven, simply by posting positive comments, high ratings, sharing content and pleading for their heavenly ascension on social media. In essence it was a earlier digital version of Comedy Central's 'Roast' Unfortunately we had to take the site down (we had it coming, I guess). But the idea is there and it's still strong. So we came up with an interface that allowed user to vote in the candidates of their choice, stating the reason why they were voting for them, in video, audio or text-only. It was a test project to analyze the future possibilites of online voting and the responde was huge. The final results were equal to those of the election with a margin of error of 3%. The art direction was done in a grim look and feel because the message was that we were (and still are) in a dark place, politics wise, in Brazil.
