2011 Christmas Fairs
In their debut Christmas fair season, the cubes have been exhibited, well received and sold at the following fairs:

Country Living Christmas Fair
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812162/country-living-christmas-fair.jpg" border="0" width="250" height="250" width_o="250" height_o="250" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812162/country-living-christmas-fair_o.jpg" align="left" /&#62; 9th - 13th November, 2011
Business Design Centre, Upper Street, Islington, London
As the first fair attended by the cubes and me, it was large and daunting, but so much fun and a fantastic way to meet customers.

Action Medical Research Christmas Fair
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812162/AMR logo.png" border="0" width="230" height="71" width_o="230" height_o="71" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812162/AMR logo_o.png" align="left" /&#62; 14th - 15th November, 2011
Springfields Event Centre, Spalding, Lincolnshire
A smaller affair in my home town, but with 10% of the takings being given to the charity, it was a good show all round, with much needed funds being raised.

		<description>&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812032/narrow zig zag.JPG" border="0" width="670" height="179" width_o="1751" height_o="469" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812032/narrow zig zag_o.JPG" align="left" /&#62;
Cubes are my first independent venture and they are now available to buy online - click here to be taken to the online shop.

I first came across this style of modular furniture when looking for additional seating options for my small cottage. The tuck-away-ability of them is undoubtedly a great asset, along with the following end uses, which really serve to highlight their versatility:

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812032/Cube present.JPG" border="0" width="236" height="236" width_o="236" height_o="236" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/4/136095/1812032/Cube present_o.JPG" align="left" /&#62; * stool
* foot rest
* coffee table
* children's furniture
* room highlight/brightener
* side table
* personal touch for rented/student house
* easy to wrap present (see left!)
* and much more

The only problem was the apparent lack of stylish designs available at a reasonable price. Thus begun my foray into cube design and manufacture.

Each cube is 40cm cubed, and weighs just over 5kg. The cubes have a deep foam seat pad cushion, a wooden frame inside, are wadded on the sides, and are fully covered with fabric. Fabric options available are:

* cotton * wool * linen * oil cloth * heavy silk * patchwork

Wonderfully versatile fantastic little options for adding an instant update to any room in the house. No home should be without one (or two!)...
