<description>Motion graphics work for the British Association Child Migrants Trust, shown in the design agency and Jupiter Marketing Design

Stolen Lives is a commercial advertisement, not only to inform this people about the child migrant´s problem but also to establish a connection between the migrantes and their families. This advertisement is a motion graphics, constituted of typography. The typeface is the strongest medium of communication for the project. The choosen type is Franklin Gothic. This is a very strong typeface. It appeared under the Industrial Revolution (in the final of the XIX century), as an answer to the necessities of that specific period: posters, publicity, outdoors, schedules railways, industrial catalogues, and other kind of works that needed to caption the public attention. Franklin Gothic has qualities that makes it strong and appealing, it is an Industrial grotesk typeface. It is a non-serif with
homogeneus strokes, very straight and very simple. As one of the nearly widely used sans serif typefaces Franklin Gothic is even today a standard choice for use in newspapers and advertising. It is also frequently seen in posters, placards and anyplace with space restrictions.
The motion focused on people who were born between 1945-1970 (the main focus of British child migration). So, it is directed to an audience between 40-80 years old, mainly masculine, and middle-class.
