"When Culturepush featured me back in 2010 I had just finished my diploma. In 2011, I moved on to my degree and graduated at the top of my class.

After graduation, I was invited by the Monglolian Fashion Association to represent Singapore at the Mongolia Fashion Festival 2012 (GOYOL 2012) and was awared 'Top Fashion Award'. In 2012 I also decided to move back toThailand to set up my own brand, PAUL NATHAPHOL.

I also debuted my Spring/Summer 2013 collection at Paragon. After my debut collection, I participated in Thailand's version of Project Runway and came in 6th. I was also awaded with 'AIS Most Popular Designer' Award. Again this year Paragon invited me to present my Spring/Summer 2014 collection which you can view here." - Paul Nathaphol.

"Since 2008, I have expanded my work scope from elementary processing to making my illustrations move and venture into sound. I have taken my work to show through artist residencies and galleries in different parts of Europe and the USA including, Prague, Croatia, Cannes, Berlin and New York. My most recent showing coincided with the character festival, Pictoplasma, in Berlin and has received a warm welcome to the neighbourhood in Neukölln where I lived and produced my drawings on digital canvases." - Pamm Hong.

"This is my second exhibition of an installation piece since Disposable Cities in 2010 which was featured on Culturepush. That piece was of great significance as it was through that experience that my interest in creating installations and working with space really began.

Since then, my practice has developed and I would like to share with you this piece of work, titled PODS, that was showcased at the Garage Center for Contemporary Culture in Moscow as part of Art Experiment 2013." - Danielle Tay.

"Since the feature in 2008, I left Singapore to further my studies at Central St Martins in London and have recently relocated back home to start my own studio - Desinere. At the recent DesignTide Tokyo exhibition, I showcased 2 designs that I had been working on, the Itty Bitty rocking stool and Monolith side tables (Pictured above)." - Melvin Ong.

“I have graduated from RMIT and am back in Singapore, freelancing as a fashion photographer. I will be here for at least another year before I head off to London to work. Not that I have a job or anything, but I am very ambitious about getting a foot in the industry. I have been working with a couple of designers in Melbourne, did some magazine shoots, and small campaigns for independent labels. Plus I got a dot com now! - Nathalie Théry.

“I volunteered in Mae Sot (Thailand) in December for the Little Lotus Project, teaching art and painting murals with/for Burmese children at two schools. It was an amazing experience and I am so glad I was able to work with the children and the LLP crew. We visited the Thai/Burmese border, spoke to activists and visited orphanages. Despite the conditions these children live in, there are still smiles and optimism everywhere and it warms my soul. I love their attitude towards life. I have learnt so much from this trip.” – Sheryo.

“Our last creations include Cinderilla Man & Mr Murdered Love. Both are handmade hard resin. Cinderilla Man was born in a city without colors. Some say he got his colors from the purple flowers in his garden. Others say he got it from eating a secret chocolate bar. Mr Murdered Love has two cold hands and a heart of stone. He hides love stories in his bag, and turns couples into sinners without a soul.” – Alan Leong.

“ I have been working on a new collection called Cosmopolitan Beau. It’s a mish mash of architecture, art deco, geometry and pop culture, and celebrates individualism and cohesion. Everyone is made up of unique details; and everyone ought to embrace diversity in this cosmopolitan world today. The architectural shapes, alongside with squares and rectangles, make us feel safe and protected. The circles and splashes of colors with nuances from art deco and pop culture are a mark of completeness. Progression or movement is hinted by triangles. An amalgamation of all these influences sums up a person’s state of mind and heart in reality – complex, but unique.” - Rayson Tan.
