What separates the Client from other group life insurers is their ability to form lasting, personal relationships with their clients. Service is really their first priority, and they wanted a campaign around that idea. The evolution of the microsite shown here was to start a discussion with the public about what service means to them. The microsite contains a lot of small 'mini-moments' in exceptional service from the Client, and then asks the visitor to join the discussion with their service story on Twitter. There's a module built right into the site to send your tweet off, as well as cycle through an interactive feed of other people participating in the discussion. The project started as an effort to update their site to eliminate the use of Flash, but it eventually evolved into a the much larger task of making the site fully responsive for Tablet and Mobile devices. Their web presence is heavily based around pulling in interesting, jerky-based content from around the web, serving it up in one large feed. The high-level concept with this project was to get users deep into the content as fast as possible. To do this, we essentially brought all the content to the highest level, allowing the user to then filter from there to what they are interested in. We concepted and created an interactive experience utilizing augmented reality in order to create some karaoke fun. I was tasked with creating the set of physical markers that users would interact with during the experience. The result was a set of four, letter-pressed coasters, with the designs being mock versions of recognizable liquors that bring in the project messaging. Each coaster design represents one of four types of drinks that are represented through the marker. Holding up the PBR-style coaster would result in a virtual beer; holding up the Jagermeister-style coaster would give you a shot.
