<description>The following is a summer cross-promotional concept between Starbucks and the proposed eventual sequel to the 2001 film Zoolander.

The concept centered around the return of Starbucks Orange Mocha Frappuccino, a frozen Starbucks drink featured in a popular scene of the first film, in conjunction with the release of the sequel.

I created two banner ads to be used on various movie sites, and a design for a coffee sleeve to be distributed at Starbucks stores.

Created Fall 2010

My role: Copy

Elements: Banner ads, promotional product design

<description>This is a project featuring a newly-created sub-brand of a Massachusetts-based clothing company. The new sub-brand, Second Seams, is now being nationally distributed at T.J.Maxx stores.*

The concept was inspired by the founders, two women with a combined five daughters. The brand represents environmental and personal responsibility, as all materials used for the clothes come from recycled cloth, and reflects the mothers' example for their daughters in building a business from scratch.

<description>This is a (very) rough conceptual campaign for Method laundry detergent. This detergent uses a much more concentrated formula and easy-to-use pump top, making it far lighter and more convenient than other detergent bottles.

The concept centered around the ease in use of Method detergent, aimed specifically at people living in urban areas who may have to do their laundry out of home.

My roles: Concept &#38; Copy

Elements: Print advertisement, video commercial storyboard

Created Fall 2011

Print Copy:

Doing laundry shouldn't be a workout

Lugging colossal bottles of detergent to and from the laundromat is all too familiar. Method's revolutionary design was created with you (and your back) in mind.

With a formula up to 8x as concentrated as other leading detergents, we've managed to cram 50 loads worth into a package roughly the volume of a standard bottle of water.

A sack of dirty clothes can be heavy enough without adding a clunky, weighted jug into the mix. But hey, who are we to shake up your way of doing things? Everyone has their own method. We just think we found a better one.

Commercial Copy, following a man clearly struggling to carry around a traditional bottle of detergent:

Yeah, it kind of feels like that. Method's new detergent is 8x as concentrated as other leading brands, so we've redesigned the bottle to make laundry a little easier. No need to lug, lose the jug.

<description>Christmas-themed print campaign for Sour Patch Kids candy.

The concept was to create a festive storybook theme to promote the fun sour/sweet juxtaposition in a relevant way. It played off of Christmas-themed comparisons such as the Naughty &#38; Nice List, and the Sour Patch Kids being punished for misbehaving (as seen in the current television ads.)

My roles: Concept, Copy, &#38; Design

Elements: Three print advertisements

Created Fall 2010
