I have worked trying to remove all non-essential elements, the sparkling point is the fastening system of the tray, with two parallel surfaces one resting in each other. Thus, in a formal set we have two elements occupying the space of one, and doubling its usefulness. The use of certain types of materials, enhances the quality and even the experience of cooking. On the one hand wood is porous but properly treated it is as hygienic as plastics.On the other hand,wood preserves better the condition of the knife blades. The other element, the tray, is made of aluminum. We studied a possible situation, underground public transport, where a passenger would have independence blind to use it, especially considering that most of these spaces are ready for such users.
