A series of dual-purpose adhesive labels were designed to secure the cheese's paper wrapping and to act as informational guides for the customers. Identifying individual characteristics of the cheese as well as suggested alcohol pairings, the labels provide Bridge Street's cheesemongers with an additional means to share their knowledge with the shop's customers. Packaging system: 2009 AIGA Seed Award Winner
Bridge Street's retail model shows the shop's commitment to using found and reclaimed materials throughout the space. Taking advantage of their corner location on the block, Bridge Street's wrap-around windows invite passesby into the fromagerie; communal areas and additional outdoor seating encourage customers to congregate even after they've made their purchases.Retail model built at 3/4" scale.</description>
