This was probably the quickest work in the bunch, from the start I knew exactly where I wanted to go with this one. The name itself refers to mnemonic devices which(to those who are unaware) are used as tool for memory, so I came up with the catch phrase "Promise You Will Remember" as a kind of tagline, I also used the "Mn" as a element using the whole periodic table element. Overall I was pretty happy with this one.

This one was a real experiment with new illustrator techniques and textures I hadn't put to much use in the past, it started as way to introduce a new logotype I had developed for myself and evolved into something else entirely, in general one of my longer processes but great fun the whole time.

Now this one was actually for a friend of mine who happens to be an amazing photographer and illustrator, the stock image in the background is actually one of her photos and was the base for why I went with a blue color scheme when creating the layout. For the logo itself I wanted something a little softer almost groovy. So I did some font manipulation and added some of her signature style(which just so happens to involve a lot of rabbits :D) So I put some of those here and there and made a basic stencil vector of her face and voila, logos.

This was one of more "fun" works I did, I wanted to something a little conceptual and just do a piece for the proverbial "shits and giggles". I also wanted to create some original characters with a more cutesy, simplistic, and quintessentially cartoonish style. I've yet to do anything else with them but I'm crossing my fingers that they'll show up again.

A series of logo designs I did for some of my viewership on Deviantart, I held a sort of contest in which prospective entrants would email me with reasons why they deserved a free logo design, in the end I chose these three for various reasons and churned them all out in the span of about a month. My main goal was to create some varying logo styles and practice some of my illustrator basics. The project as a whole was a great opportunity to reacquaint myself with logo designing and was an immense joy to work on.

This was the first in the series, I really wanted to give the logo an edgy, counter culture vibe to it. I wanted to use the scarlet red to help the whole thing pop apart from the base of gray I used for the lettering, and I messed around with a couple of different variations on lettering effects(paint drips etc.) In the end I was pretty happy with the way this one turned out considering how little time it took to throw together, I honestly think I spent more time deliberating on how to display the logo than the logo itself.

I later did a slight revision on the logo, cleaning up some edges and simplifying the bottom portion.

A new character design project. The project is centered around a winter theme and will eventually expand.

The first three characters will be the center of the project, but many other characters are planned and are in the development stage.

The logo uses a antique style font Cleavers Juvenia.

This piece was actually the product of a couple hours of experimentation using different design brushes I made, the goal was to create a unique image using the repetition of a single, simple design. This particular piece is actually in the process of being made into a t-shirt design for the charity Design Give.
