Brief: Get staff to be aware of our training program - not only that it is being launched, but that it will keep going after the launch. Concept: The brain needs a continuous supply of input in order to keep growing. Idea: Like pets, our brain need to be “fed” in order to grow. So let’s feed it with the LB’s training program. Execution: Keeping a little hamster called Brain, and keep feeding it with the mouse feed that packaged with the name of training courses.
