<description>The Scion Surface Experience is a unique interactive installation for the 2011/2012 Auto Show season that enables exploration of the brand's product, racing and cultural affiliations in an unexpected way.

JUXT created a deck of eight unique cards that interact with a touch-based Surface table, and teamed up with fine artists from around the world and musicians from Scion’s A/V label to make the cards as collectible as they are functional.

When a card is placed on the surface, the table reveals photos, video content, regional sales info, and localized events. When the card is flipped over, it triggers a piece of a song (e.g. beats, bass or vocals). Placing all eight cards on the Surface at the same time plays the full song and gives guests a chance to remix the song in their own way, reinforcing the self-expression that is core to the Scion brand. Guests can also take their cards home and use them to download digital content related to the Auto Show experience.

The Scion Surface Experience is offered in four distinct installations, presenting collaborative play that also allows guests to explore each vehicle and the Scion brand as a whole.

Agency: Juxt Interactive
My Role: Collaborated in concept phase as well as user experience. Led the art direction and user Interface design.

		<description>HONDA'S FUEL EFFICIENCY INTERACTIVE
This touchscreen based Interactive was debuted at the Los Angeles International Auto Show. It allowed visitors to explore, experience and learn about Honda's fuel efficient vehicle lineup in a fun and engaging way.

The idea behind this interactive experience focuses on giving back to the environment one drop of fuel at a time. By inverting the process of a falling drop of fuel we've set the tone for the experience that attracts the user to engage with the content. Each of the rising droplets has a vehicle inside of it and once a user touches the droplet it pops to reveal a vehicle and it's environmental message.

Along with the vehicle droplets, mystery droplets were also added to enhance the experience. The mystery droplets further support an environmental story by incorporating elements of nature.

<description>In January, Toyota debuted the largest digital multi-touch installation ever seen at the 2011 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
GPJ and JUXT Interactive created the digital touch wall experience to deliver a feast for the senses, allowing consumers to explore videos, photos and custom content through a larger-than-life, interactive surface.

This remarkable interactive experience consisted of three, side-by-side, 82” multi-touch LCD screens, showing the life span of the product experience from the factory, to the showroom, to the street. When visitors touched the screen, a graphic hand interface appeared, indicating options of exploration - visitors could learn about the creation of Toyota products, read product details and hear from owners.

And there was a lot to explore - along with photos and custom content, visitors could view over 50 videos. “Toyota Vision” extended into the social networking and mobile worlds too with links to the Toyota fan page on Facebook and QR codes that enabled users to access content to their mobile device instantly.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Through 60 square feet of engaging, educational and entertaining content, “Toyota Vision” multi-touch wall experience captured the interest of visitors and press alike.

<description>UN TV &#38; RADIO AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
This campaign was created to promote the News and Media Division of the United Nations. The idea for this campaign was to create a compelling way to visualize the UN as a universal ethnicity communicating with the world. The solution took shape by using the color Blue, established as UN brand and presence, painted onto the human body to differentiate a dialogue between the UN and the people.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/5784/513444/PosterUNMEDIA.jpg" border="0" width="640" height="603" width_o="640" height_o="603" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/5784/513444/PosterUNMEDIA_o.jpg" align="left" /&#62;

UN RADIO Poster Alternatives

The challenging part of making this project a reality was having a very tight schedule, no budget to work with, no models, and scarce resources to help me realize my vision. But at the end everything came together. I was able to find a UN photographer from brazil that was willing to help me, recruited 6 interns from the UN cafeteria during lunch time and we shot the entire thing in an improvised studio for 45min... all in the same day.
