Hello! I'm Rachael Orovets. I'm a recent graduate with a BFA in graphic design.
I love anything that is handmade, but I also love clean, minimalistic design. I'm a very friendly person, I love new experiences and I especially love robots.
I've got a passion for hand-drawn type and lomography. I play ukulele often & am trying to get better at henna. When I'm not assembling papercrafts, I like to hone my vectoring skills. Maybe someday I'll learn how to crochet.
I believe design should be imaginative and also serve it's purpose. I think the smallest details and quirks give a piece character, on top of a strong base of solid design. The careful balance of color, typography, and negative space are all priorities to me. Most of all, though, I feel design should be fun and make you stop and take notice.
