UI Design for Product Discussion App

What is it?
A web application where user's can discuss online products with their peers through a unique drag-and-drop interface that invites participation.

My Involvement:
• Interaction Design and Visual Design for the application.

Visually treated wireframe I created, along with two user flow samples for production discussion and peer engagement.

Summary of Challenges and Outcomes:
This project was particularly challenging because it involved such a fast turnaround--one meeting to prioritize design requirements and a second two days later to turn in wireframes. The developers had worked out a unique way to drag products and peoples into discussions, an interaction which I sought to make more usable through improved visual cues. There was also task of designing the polling widget and having it function simultaneously as a simple data visualization and user interface, all-the-while taking up as little screen real-estate as possible.
