Muse is the nom de guerre used by Nico Wlock, a bilingual communications professional and graphic designer. Muse speaks of my influences, my environment, my means of expression, and my collaborators and partners. I specialize in SMO, the development of social media strategies, community management, and brand identity and design. I have extensive experience in digital content publishing and engagement across various social media platforms. I am also a trained graphic designer and experienced brand strategist.
I am presently employed at CBC/Radio-Canada as Social Media Producer. I also host regular social media seminars at the C/MBSC and the University of Winnipeg Division of Continuing Education, and offer training workshops for businesses of all sizes.
I am a co-founder of Woven Records, an independent Canadian record label. I also act as co-editor of Surprise Magazine, an online arts & fashion zine, and regularly contribute as a designer and typographer for Maelstrom Magazine.
