Loyalty and rewards programme

I worked on the Barclaycard freedom project for two years helping Barclaycard develop their idea for a retail rewards programme, and then designing the promotional and management websites for 'Barclaycard freedom'. Initially I was asked to develop a vision of how digital could be used as part of the customer experience, for this my team and I created a customer journey to show an experience vision. Then we were engaged to design and develop the promotional and secure management websites for consumers and merchants. At this time the name and branding for the programme was still in development. Once the 'above the line' brand – produced by the Brand Union – had been created my team were engaged to develop and document the digital brand into a style guide. The end result shows the freedom programme integrated into the Barclaycard personal, Barclaycard Business and mybarclaycard.
