Rather than make the typical website about how great our pill is, we went after a truth: that everyone experiences their allergies a little differently.

We built the whole zyrtec.com website around this premise, creating the concept of “your ZNA” —your unique allergy identity — so we could customize visitors’ entire site visits around it. Compounding your specific allergies with your hobbies and lifestyle, your ZNA would become the crux of the Zyrtec brand experience, delivering personalized tools, tips, articles, and promotions to make life with allergies a lot more enjoyable.

Consumer engagement with yourZNA was conceived to reach beyond the site, with portable tools, social sharing, and even packaging extensions for specific ZNA niches (garden lovers, dog lovers, etc.)

We think we made allergies almost kind of fun.
