These posters were created for the 2009 Johnny Cash Flower Pickin’ Festival held in Starkville, Ms. The first poster includes an illustration of flowers created by stamping guitar picks as the petals. The second poster is created using hand set typography and was letterpressed onto aged newspaper. The third poster utilizes photography to recreate the mugshot taken of Johnny Cash after his arrest at the Oktibbeha County Jail.
