Busdriver is an amazing rapper from Los Angeles currently signed to Epitaph Records and Fake Four Inc, constantly renewing his music.

I've been hired to work on a poster for his european tour. I felt honoured in some way cause i'm a huge fan since years and follow every new opus he's releasing.
So I tried to break the usual static feeling that often bring portraits and aimed to give a speed effect to the figure and the background as well.

He has just released his new album Beaus$Eros on the excellent label Fake Four recently, throw an ear on it and you will want to get it for sure ! Not so much rapping here – more singing and sometimes crooning, held by incredibly dense productions. The whole thing makes this record a pure delight !

Since three years now, i have directed the corporate design of Proxima Centauri, a french contemporary music ensemble.

We've worked together on a panel of items like a season book, some concert posters, flyers and event leaflets, trying to find a coherent art direction and to renew their graphic standarts every year.

Totally novice in contemporary music, I have discovered it step by step and learned to appreciate it.
To be honest that was not easy at first but it became really trippy once i had dived deeply in it ! Proxima Centauri is collaborating tightly with Le Scrime, which is their electronic "alter-ego" in some way. I had the opportunity to see their shows live a few times and was really surprised to discover that contemporary music is a strong narrative music.

SKINJACKIN is the funniest project i've been implied in :)
We are a crew performing live painting tattoos with posca markers for parties, clubs, concerts or events.
We work together as a friend team, mixing graffiti skills with childish cartoon style. The idea is to come along with silly ideas and wordplays and draw tattoos that people would never dare to get if they were permanent.

Member of the crew since almost 3 years, I am regularly attacking people's skin with my homies and every session is a true dope adventure.
I also work on "solo pieces" from time to time to post on our facebook page. The project has grown up and you can find Skinjackin teams in Bordeaux, Paris or Montreal !

SKINJACKIN by POWSKII

I've been asked by R1R2 to realize the illustration for Bleubird and Astronautalis european tour.

I love those two guys' music, relying hip-hop to many other influences. I already had the pleasure to work for Bleubird a few times before, designing posters and flyers for his shows in France and his last solo Europe tour. I love the energy he shows on stage and his way of spitting lyrics as if it was a matter of life or death !

I knew less about Astronautalis but was amazed by his last album, This Is Our Science, which mixes strong lyrics with amazing keys and drums.

You have to check their music, they're doing as great things individually than together.

V-Drips is a collective project mixing fine arts, graphic design, motion design, v-jing and live performing.

We are mostly known through our live performances on gigs stages, sometimes operating as a classic band with
our official and favourite dj : Sambal, sometimes on any line-up, as a live and modern stage decoration collective.

The crew, headed by Scouap, is also working on art installations, exhibitions, workshops or institutional events. We also collaborate with Sax Machine under the name of T.E.S.T crew.

As well as my compagnons Jonat and Rom1, I've been part of the team, since the early beginning, in 2010, and realized almost every artworks of the project.
