Plastic portrays locals in everyday places in Barbados and the color palette is based on the plastic bags found on our island. By overlaying these vibrant colors in nighttime vignettes, an exotification of the mundane occurs. Barbadian society is thus transformed and packaged into a more desirable version of itself.
