Well, I missed the official 4th release pack of Desktopography by a good 2 months, but nevertheless I've been meaning to put together some new graphics for a while now and this is the first fruit of the new crop.


This is the fruit of my original creative brainstorming sessions trying to come up with fun and interesting elements to dress up this blog. I'm a huge fan of wood and other tactile textures, so I began with one of my favorite wallpapers of all time as a backdrop (Darker Wood by Paul Ensane), then I went to town layering elements over it while trying to keep plenty of open space for icon placement.

Available in 2 colored versions (ostensibly titled "Good Morning Sunshine & Good Evening Sunshine), I've taken the time to save out each version in the traditional wallpaper sizes - I even included a handful of cropped wallpaper for the iPhone. Download all of them via the link below.
