When I was 17 I decided to live in India for a year, in the amazing city of Mumbai. From then on, I started a relationship with this country, resulting this series of photographs that shows India through my eyes - and heart.

Piercing Eyes
In the small lanes of Udaipur, around the Jagdish Temple, there were about a hundred people waiting for donation. Somehow, in the middle of the crowd, this girl's eyes captured me. Through her eyes we see life, dreams, faith, hope, but more than all, we see beauty.

Immersed in the blue
Around the tiny lanes, I spot a lady immersed in the blue of Jodhpur.

Two Workers
Somewhere in Rajasthan, two villagers work.

Somewhere in Rajasthan, a villager works.

Somewhere in Rajasthan, in a tiny village. Life, Dreams, Beauty. A villager.

A Moment
A local musician watching the marvelous sunset at Pushkar's holy lake. Rajasthan, India.

These birds kept flying around the lake, and I only wished I could follow them. A very special sunset at Pushkar's Holy lake.

Two women work together in the streets of Pushkar.

Inside the Naga Baba tent, a moment when time has stopped, and spirituality surrounded us. In the largest spiritual human gathering of the world, the Maha Kumbh Mela - Allahabad, India, 2013.

In a separated section of the largest spiritual human gathering of the world, I had the opportunity to meet female sadhus - the Naga Sadhvis. She blessed me. Maha Kumbh Mela in Allahabad, India, 2013.

Holy Cow
Around Pichola Lake, at Gangor Ghat, Udaipur. It's almost sunset and a beautiful cow stands next to a wall.

Golden Moment
A marvelous moment inside one of the most amazing places I've ever been to: The Golden Temple. A place where we breath peace. Amritsar, India, 2013.
