Assessment Test was a performance given to my class. I gave the class this test form and nothing else. They were told them they were to answer all 150 questions to the best of their ability, with the number 2 pencil I provided, in 10 minutes. They were not allowed to speak or look at their neighbors' papers. A week later I posted the graded papers on a public wall for all to see. I determined success and failure based on nothing. I then created a DIY Success Failure Kit with all the necessary materials to grade yourself or others.
