About Me
My name is Jonathan Kramer and I am a recent graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Through my experience and education, I have built a wealth of knowledge in the I.T. field, specifically with the Internet for which I have a great passion for. I have experience marketing movies over the Internet, working a Help Desk, being a receptionist, researching, using Microsoft Office, Linux, and much more.My studies with technology began in freshman year of high school, where I took a class on Microsoft Office, and won first place at a district level competition for it and would go on to compete at the state level. My continued interest in the field led me to pursuing my degree. My tech skills were further honed by working at Allied Caribbean Distribution in Miami over the course of three summers between 2005 and 2008, where I serviced and installed computer systems. In the fall of 2008, I worked as the Help Desk Operator for FSU's Antarctic Marine Geology Research Facility where I had to deal with new systems, hardware, operating systems and situations I had never dealt with before, but I was fully capable of supporting the facility within a very short time span. A lifelong love of traveling has me willing to work anywhere an exciting job will take me.
I have an immense passion for working with the Internet and I am looking for a career that connects people with what they love through its use. It is an extremely exciting time for the Internet and I hope to become a part of a company that is pushing the boundaries of what we think the web is capable of.
Personally, I like to travel, watch movies and (as odd as it sounds) organize things.
