I met Minami Azu with my class on a photography workshop with Abe Frajndlich in the tuscany. She is a well-known Butō dancer. Something I was completely unfamiliar with. We spend 3 days taking pictures with her and on the last day she showed us a complete performance of something I have never seen before and that struck me by it's intensity.

We started our shooting at an old Castello that once belonged to the Medici Family and was built for an arabic princess. The architecture was amazing - it felt completely unreal - every room had his own unique, colorful pattern with so much detail you couldn't grasp it. Everyone was completely blown away by this place and we took some time to get used to it before our shooting.
On the second day we went to the fields and focused on the nature of the beautiful tuscany. Now Minami got all the attention she deserved and ,well, did just perfect.
