GEMS stands for Group Enterprise Resource Management System. GEMS is a major initiative by the Management of TM and the GEMS Project Team is responsible for its development. GEMS standardizes back office operations such as finance, material management and human resource management for TM and its subsidiaries using SAP as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) computing infrastructure.

The function of GEMS website is to establish web presence via online for TM staff. Being a new system in TM Group, it is essential to capture users buy-in, thus, the website is aimed to provide exposure towards GEMS project. GEMS website covers the news and updates about GEMS project as well the team members involved. It also comprises of an interactive medium in capturing feedbacks from users and website visitors.

I am responsible for the content and overseeing the design done by my trusty colleague, Maya.
