GEMS stands for Group Enterprise Resource Management System. GEMS is a major initiative by the Management of TM and the GEMS Project Team is responsible for its development. GEMS standardizes back office operations such as finance, material management and human resource management for TM and its subsidiaries using SAP as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) computing infrastructure.

GEMS Newsletter is an independent newsletter comprises of an overview of GEMS Project, news updates, and progress of the project. On a bi-monthly basis, printed hardcopies of this online newsletter are handed out during meetings and training sessions. It is also available via online at the GEMS Website.

I am responsible for the content and overseeing the design done by my trusty colleague, Maya.
