Port of code to C++ for use in OpenFrameWorks.

Allows plotting of voxel clouds based on algorithm or from volumetric data set. Current version will load LIDAR and fMRI data in '.raw.gz' headerless byte files.

Is deliberately more open that processing version - allows for different parsing and has some new functions for plotting ranges and changing draw styles.

Development is ongoing. I will add this to the Dataprole Code site as soon as it is cleaned up a little.
