These boards were produced for SPEED for the NASCAR Trucks race series open. The concept was that the environment was a giant atom. The outer rings were made up of trucks, pieces of track, and SPEED chicklets. They eventually would lead to the center of the atom, a giant engine with the series logo on front of it. vrooom, vrooom!!
