iPad App
I chose to do an independent study project this semester that focuses on interactive video and application development. The app is is currently in production, see updates below.

NEW! Update: April 3, 2013

Technology behind the application:
AS3, Adobe Flash Builder, Adobe Flash, AIR 3.6.
Starling and Feathers framework.
StageVideo, Adobe Media Server, Influxis.

Video content delivery is the vehicle that will continue to move and change the industry. We have witnessed what the internet and websites like YouTube and Vimeo have done and are still doing. Tablets, TVs, phones, and public space displays have the power to continue the revolution in new and exciting ways. Greater interactivity and immersive experiences on those platforms is moving the viewer away from passive viewing. The viewer is now engaging the content for increased awareness and enjoyment.

Update: March 15, 2013
Hours and hours of testing at the "office."

Update: March 5, 2013
Editing the video for delivery to Influxis' Adobe Media Server.

Update: February 27, 2013
Three soft boxes, an infinite black background, and one college basement later I have a studio complete with massive spiders, painted walls, and everything else you would expect with an early 1900s basement.

The "studio" in its glory. Lights were not set up yet.

Update: February 21, 2013
User Interface/Experience early wireframe sketches.

Illustrator UI.

*NOTE: The app is purely speculative and not commercial. I chose Sitka as a medium to explore an interactive catalog and shopping experience within the sport and technical clothing industry. All respective copyrights go to Sitka and W. L. Gore & Associates.
