Jason Tongen has been directing feature films (mostly foreign) since he was six years old. Since then he's been enjoying directing, shooting, and editing various projects for the internet. That's where it's at, people. He's also involved in various other creative project that don't involve software.

After being Emmy nominated for documenting Burning Man, he's created numerous travel franchises, and the latest is currently in development with Discovery Digital Networks to produce twelve episodes of What I Learned. You can see the pilot here.

Film strengths include creating compelling short form, non-fiction documentation from scratch, getting in anywhere, not caring about lighting or audio, and then creating extra work for himself in post. Event coverage. Adventure. Intrigue. Soul-crushing corporate video. You name it.
