Magazine Header

The german food-magazine “essen und trinken” decided to update their magazine header in 2009 and I was comissioned to draw a Bodoni-inspired logotype, including many tweaks to fit the page properly. Client:
Fabrique

Siebert Film is the brainchild of Düsseldorf-based director and producer Florian Siebert. The inspiration for the logo are the proportions of the classic Cinemascope-format, 1 : 2,35. The noise within the logo represents the movie-makers blank canvas. The DVD "Eine Reise" is Siebert Film first full-length documentary. It follows a group of German psychotherapists on their journey to South Africa, where they attend a conference that focuses on the Apartheid and the Truth and Reconsiliation Commission.
