Animal Haven is a small no-kill animal shelter. They needed help getting the word out about themselves because they were starting to get to capacity. I mean, it was the cutest thing ever. Puppies and kittens everywhere.
But the furry things had to go and they needed good families to find them.
That was our job.
There's one beautiful truth about pets. You could have bad breath, buck teeth or a third nipple and they couldn't care less. So we took this truth and created a few TV spots that fit the shelter's quirky and fun nature.

We were tasked with coming up with a way to get people stoked about the upcoming season, and to tie it in with the Royals' theme for the season: Major League Moments.

SAP is one of the biggest IT solutions companies in the universe, unless there's an IT solutions company in some galaxy far away I don't know about.
SAP Rapid Deployment helps IT managers implement software faster than any other IT business provider.
They wanted to create something to get the IT geeks out there talking about it. With a little budget, a few leaf blowers and some people willing to spend a day in 100 mph winds, we set out to a create a fun piece that said out-of-the-box speed.
Magazines and coffee was a little coffee shop in downtown Kansas City that I used to frequent. It was awesome. It was the place a few friends and I used to go to wind down and escape the world. In fact, it seemed like everyone was escaping something when we'd spend time there.
Oddly enough it was inside the old TWA building in downtown Kansas City. So a friend and I took that and ran with it.
Child abuse awareness month is coming this April. The Children’s Place in Kansas City wanted to get the word out.
In the middle of working on concepts we started talking about how crazy it felt that there was an awareness campaign for something so heinous. That a month isn’t enough and preventing and stopping child abuse should be an everyday thing that is simply just on peoples’ minds.
So we created a few posters to stop child abuse awareness month altogether.
Landmark Moments Microsite
All banks are pretty much alike. Landmark bank is one of those banks. They have checking accounts, savings accounts and really nice people who help you with whatever you need.
One thing that was different is their name. A landmark, whether it be starting a business, marrying off your daughter or having a kid, all have financial implications. Obviously your bank is one of the first things you should think of when going through a landmark in your life to help you out.
Using that to our advantage we created a campaign that separated them from the cloud of dreary banks in the world.
